Generali Thailand Moves Forward in Building a Society Towards Sustainability


The Seeds of Change, From People To Planet

Generali Thailand celebrates its 21st anniversary, fostering the ESG culture and advancing activities to contribute to building a society towards sustainability and equality. Leading a team of executives and employees in CSR activities, they engaged in reforestation at the Jedkod – Pongkonsao Natural Study and Eco-tourism Center and provided vegetable seeds to establish a food source for youth. Additionally, the team offered scholarships to support the education of people with disabilities and funded medical equipment for the Kaeng Khoi District Community in Saraburi Province.

Mr. Arsh Kaumi, Country Manager & CEO of Generali Thailand, and Ms. Saifon Khongjitngam, Chief Human Capital Officer, led the Generali Thailand team in organizing the activity 'The Seeds of Change, From People to Planet.' Together, the group of executives and employees planted 210 Kanlapapruek trees at the Jedkod – Pongkonsao Natural Study and Eco-tourism Center. They also provided forest care equipment to maintain the fertility of the forest, contributing to creating a sustainable ecosystem.

The Generali Thailand team further extended their support by handing over vegetable seeds and agricultural equipment to Nong Khae Anusorn Municipal 4 School, aiming to create a sustainable food source for youth in remote areas. Additionally, the team provided scholarships to support the education of people with disabilities and offered funds to procure medical equipment at the Kum Hak Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital in Kaeng Khoi District, Saraburi Province. These activities are part of Generali Thailand's 'Care for the Minority People in Society' project, which is aimed at enhancing diversity and equality and recognizing the importance of all groups in society.
